Description

Two hours of one-on-one consultations with our on-farm dietitian, Kate Ueland. Kate believes in evidence based dietary guidelines and her consult series is designed to help members achieve their personal goals, from reducing chronic disease to creating a personal diet plan. Four seasonal cooking classes utilizing the ingredients in the CSA box, with Chef Micah Mowrey. Each class will focus on actionable skill set development, and relevant techniques including fermentation, knife skills, and open fire cooking. These classes work to build the skills you need to accomplish your dietary goals. Four experiential, on-the-farm wellness offerings with Rebekah Papé and Josephine Edmondson. Seasonal Ayurvedic workshops and Hatha yoga classes to ground your mind and body in our environment.
