Description

.02lb bags of frozen Poinsettia peppers. Poinsettia is a hot Thai-style pepper which is a good substitute for Ascent Thai. Poinsettia is in our orange/killer hot section but is less hot than a habanero while still being hotter than a cayenne. These small peppers are frozen whole in small retail sized bags. Each bucket contains 6lbs of peppers. Our frozen Poinsettia peppers can easily substitute for fresh peppers in the off-season!

Tonnemakers

We are a fourth-generation family farm with a 126-acre certified organic orchard in Royal City, WA, and a 16-acre row crop farm in Woodinville, WA. Our Royal City orchard was established in 1965 and our Woodinville farm was established in 2014. We specialize in diversity! We try to find the best tasting varieties of a wide array of crops, with multiple varieties available in each crop category. Our main season begins with sweet cherries and ends with apples, pears & winter squash. We are certified organic and believe in growing our crops in such a way that leaves the land viable for future generations of farmers. We rely on integrated pest management, prevention, and crop rotation to manage our pest problems and soil fertility.
