Description

Start the day off right with our farm-fresh eggs. Our happy, heritage-breed hens get to roam our pastures spring through fall, eating grass, grubs, and our Northwest-based chicken feed free from Corn, Soy, & GMOs. (In winter they enjoy the comfort of our greenhouse with lots of compost to dig through!) Our eggs are higher in omega-3 fatty acids than commercially-produced eggs. But health isn't the only reason to enjoy these rainbow beauties -- the rich, flavorful yolks will change your breakfast (or salad, or baked goods) forever!

Our ranch is located near scenic White Salmon, WA, at the foot of Mount Adams. Our mission is to increase food independence and regional resiliency in the Columbia River Gorge and the greater Northwest, bringing you pasture-raised meats & eggs, calorie-rich storage crops, and wild & native foods. We aim to provide our customers with the highest-quality, humanely-raised products that excel not only in nutritional quality, but are also exceptional in flavor. We focus on using and further developing heritage agricultural techniques such as dryland farming, no-till soil management, and raising hardy breeds of livestock & plants that thrive in the specific climate conditions of our farm.
