Description

Red-veined leaves with same tangy, lemon flavor as regular sorrel. Our living microgreen packs are planted in soil and will last 1-2 weeks on window sill. Or place them on a kitchen counter that has light from a nearby window or medium to bright indoor lighting. Water the packs lightly each day to keep soil moderately moist. Just cut and use what you need.

Girly Girl Greens

A mom. Eight Daughters. And a farm. Our living trays are filled rich organic soil bursting with vibrant baby greens or microgreens. Living trays allow you to cut the greens right before you prepare them. This essentially allows you to eat living plants, full of life-giving nutrition. Our Chef clients are telling us that our soil-grown greens are much more flavorful and long-lasting than the ones they have been buying in the past, which are typically grown hydroponically and cut and refrigerated. Most of our greens are grown to order, but once we have the first order in, we can consistently provide Chefs with weekly specialty greens.
