Description

Actual Pickup date to be arranged directly with butcher approximately 2-3 weeks after harvest. Once harvested, will send link for customer to pay in full (less deposit) Pork half hanging weight $3/LB - Half will be from 100-150 LBS. Take home range varies (based on cut preferences, shrinkage from curing/drying and heritage of pig). Take home meat range approx. 65 - 100 LBS)

Flashover farm

We are a 20 acre farm located on a homestead that was started 100 years ago. We raise Scottish Highland cows for beef as well as breeding animals. Our cows are grass fed on our pastures and our hay that we put up each year. We have chosen to only use grass for the added health benefits and the wonderful flavor that it produces. Our Pork comes from Berkshire and Chester sows currently bred by a Berkshire Duroc boar. We are a farrow to finish operation and sell animals from 6 weeks and up. Our pigs are fed a diet that I make on the farm using Northwest Barley and Peas. Our poultry are free range and fed a Non GMO diet. Enjoy eggs with flavor and color. We have meat birds and holiday Turkeys. Enjoy lean flavorful meats raised the way they are meant to be.
