Ham is a great centerpiece dish for your winter feasts The meaty hind leg (for that is what a ham is) of our Mulefoot/Red Wattle cross is tender, juicy and full of flavor. Fully cooked, smoked heritage ham is an easy solution for dinner—all you need to do is heat and slice. Our Heritage ham is available whole or halved, with the bone in, for an authentic and dramatic presentation at a family meal or friendly dinner. Ham goes well with eggs (would Dr. Seuss lie!), whether in an omelet or diced in a quiche. Chopped and added cold to egg or potato salad, our ham is a great addition to many favorite dishes.. Our herd is raised outdoors, on pasture during the spring, summer, and fall. In protected outdoor paddocks during the winter. They are fed non-GMO ration without corn or soy. No antibiotics or grow factors are ever added to their feed.

Certifications: USDA Inspected Raw Meat

Practices: Dryland Grazed, Rotationally Grazed

Look for a white Dodge Ram 2500 with an ice chest in the back. Please consider stopping into the bakery and purchasing some of their wonderful bread and pastries. I'll probably have a cup of their delicious tea or cocoa in my hand.
