Description

We only grow open pollinated and heirloom varieties of vegetables and herbs. 3 large greenhouses in addition to outside growing spaces allows for a broad range of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and berries including Pac choi and many other Asian greens, mustards, arugula, salad mixes, edible flowers, several kale varieties, sunflower shoots, collards, cucumbers, 8 varieties of peppers, many varieties of heirloom tomatoes, 4 varieties of summer squash, 8 varieties of winter squash, pumpkin, fennel, turnips, radishes, eggplants, artichokes, cardoon, potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, sugar and snow peas, leeks, onions, garlic, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts, carrots, beets, rutabagas, sunchokes, various basils, parsley, chives, dill, sage, tarragon, thyme, true Greek oregano, loveage, rhubarb, ground cherries, blueberries, strawberries, pears, apples, quince, and other crops we are experimenting with. Additional Benefits: Every other week our CSA box includes a bar of our goat's milk soap, occasionally it will also include other creations not offered at farmers market such as dried chamomile for tea, dried herb

We use sustainable and permaculture methods on a biodiverse small-scale farm to raise the most delicious heirloom produce and herbs imaginable. We also raise angora fiber, mohair, cashmere, and make goats milk soap as part of the biodiversity needed for sustainable agriculture.
