Description

Hereford/Angus Longhorn cross. Price per pound varies with the market. Average hanging weight is 400-600 pounds. Estimated cost for a half beef is $1,000-$1,400 with 180-220 pounds of custom cut take home meat. About 4 apple crates worth. Will email to confirm suggested cuts and instructions! Recommended Locker Beef Cuts - Filet, Tenderloin, Rib Eye, New York, T-Bone, Top Sirloin (skirt, blade, flat iron, flank) - 2 steaks per pack 1-1 ½ inch thick cut. - Roast – vary by customer choice (2-4 LB packs) - Ground beef (1 LB packs) - Specialty beef – i.e. heart, liver, kidney, tongue, bones etc. Specify to butcher.

Browning Ranch is located just 20 miles south of Spokane. Our cattle are graced with breathtaking wetlands and a timbered draw in which they happily live. Managing the land with best grazing practices while implementing multiple ecosystems, helps us to achieve our mission of preserving the environment. All of our cattle are born and raised on our ranch. Being treated humanly and never given hormones, GMO's or antibiotics has enabled us to become GAP (Global Animal Protection) certified. Our cows never experience the stress that feed lot cattle do which has a direct impact on why Browning Beef tastes the way it does.
