Description

Sirloin chops are very flavorful and less expensive than chops from the loin or rib. They can be prepared on the grill, baked in the oven or slow cooked. Katahdin lamb meat is a delightful treat coming from a special hair breed developed for its high quality, fine textured, mildly flavored meat. The meat has a significantly lower cholesterol content compared to other lamb breeds according to analysis done by the U of Saskatchewan. Our lambs are raised and finished on their mother's milk, chemical- free Okanogan Highland dryland pastures, and pure well water which gives the naturally tasty and healthy Katahdin lamb a texture and flavor we believe is not obtainable anywhere else.

Practices

Certifications: USDA Inspected Raw Meat, USDA Inspected Processed Meat

Practices: Dryland Grazed, Rotationally Grazed, Grass Finished, Grass Fed

Look for a 1991 Blue Volvo 240 Sedan with a bike rack on the roof. Please consider stopping into the bakery and purchasing some of their wonderful bread and pastries. I'll probably have a cup of their delicious tea or cocoa in my hand.
