Overview (Digital Marketing Intern)
In this role as Digital Marketing - Intern you’ll be responsible for instrumenting, maintaining, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook ads, Google Search ads, etc). The work will include instrumenting digital ad campaigns, maintaining ad accounts (keeping everything running smoothly), and reporting on key metrics from ad campaigns. As a member of the Marketing team, you’ll be working closely with colleagues on a wide variety of campaigns as we expand our go-to-market activities across the USA.
To be successful in this role you need to be curious, detailed-oriented, collaborative, technology-adept and self-motivated. You will learn online tools including but not limited to HubSpot (a Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation Software), Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Slack, and Google Suite.
This part-time internship is ideal for a college student seeking a resume builder or early-career opportunity, including experience and exposure working inside a fast-paced startup environment. Our office is located in Fremont (next door to SeaWolf bakery)! This is an on-premise job as you will work closely with the team to support Farmers' success.

Detail-oriented, able to complete rote and tedious work for the greater good
Comfortable working in spreadsheets (you are delighted to analyze the data)
Self-identified problem-solver, resourceful, humble - no task is too small

A good communicator, collaborator and team member who looks to fill in gaps and make a difference
Willing to work with a high degree of independence and keen on working in a fast growth startup environment

Hunger to learn about digital marketing in a startup

Nice to have: food or farming domain knowledge and / or a passion for local farms and changing the food system
Work with the marketing team to create digital ad campaigns
Maintain ad accounts
Report on key metrics from ad campaigns
$12 - $15h DOE, working part-time (20h / wk on premise)
