Overview

In this role as Customer Success Manager, you’ll have the pleasure of cultivating and managing relationships with farmers and chefs alike to help them adopt Barn2Door’s solutions. You’ll be responsible for executing training sessions, providing demonstrations and resolving questions about core product functionality, while also providing feedback internally to the Sales and Product teams (about opportunities and challenges). You should be a natural people person, comfortable and articulate as a presenter, accountable to driving adoption, and eager to become fluent in the local food scene.

You Have

  • Minimum 1-2 years sales or account management experience

  • Experience in the technology field, preferably software / SaaS Solutions

  • A competitive nature and set the bar for work ethic and hustle

  • Desire to work in a startup environment, comfortable in ambiguous situations

  • The ability to work independently

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Preferred farm food or farming domain knowledge

You Will

  • Manage new and existing customers, helping to spur adoption and volume

  • Proactively identify low-performers needing training and product support

  • Follow up and following through consistently, according to a project plan

  • Meet and exceed adoption and volume goals

  • Clearly articulate Barn2Door's value proposition and return on investment

  • Communicate back to the team customer feedback and product suggestions

  • Continually A/B test your customer success process and optimize for results

  • Work closely with senior executives and the entire Barn2Door team

  • Seeking full-time employee

  • Salary range of $24k - $36k dependent on experience

  • Hip startup office environment in lower Fremont / Wallingford (near Evo / Joule)
