FAQs about Barn2Door + Quickbooks

 

  • Data will automatically sync monthly between Barn2Door and QuickBooks online. You must make sure to check the box ‘Sync Transactions’ to allow for transactional data to be sent to QuickBooks. Not doing so will prevent data from appearing in their QBO account.

  • The most commonly used reports in QuickBooks Online are: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, Trial Balance, Statement of Cash Flows, and Transaction List.

  • With QuickBooks Online, Farmers can choose to access the Quickbooks ProAdvisor network to pay for professional bookkeeping and accounting help.

  • Disconnecting an account does not remove any data from QuickBooks that has already been sent. If a Farmer chooses to reconnect Quickbooks with Barn2Door, they will need to follow the same steps they took when initially setting up the integration.
