    We also connect powerful analytics tools to your website to track your web traffic over time. We can generate heat maps and video replays of all webstore navigation, too.   • The Barn2Door point-of-sale (POS) is built specifically for Farmers to manage in-person sales at markets, farm stores, or during pickups and deliveries. It integrates directly with your online store, ensuring a single merchant account and real-time inventory sync across all your Farm’s sales channels (everything is always up-to-date). It supports various payment methods, including credit, debit, cash, check and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • There is a one-time $59 fee for the handheld POS device, though this cost is fully reimbursed once you process $1,000 in sales within the first 6 months. Standard payment processing fees apply to all digital POS transactions, which are managed through your Barn2Door merchant account. Unlike other platforms, Barn2Door does not charge additional monthly software fees for using the POS application. It is available with all Barn2Door subscription tiers.

  • Upgrading provides access to advanced tools designed for high volume Farms, including 1-on-1 coaching, multiple price sheets, simple tax tools, and an available routing integration. Higher tiers also offer 1-on-1 account management, email campaign automations, advanced tax integrations and premium chat support for Farmers and their Buyers. These tools are built to help high-volume Farms save more time and streamline their operations.

  • Choosing an annual plan is the most cost-effective option, offering a significant discount of 20%+ compared to monthly billing. While monthly plans offer more immediate flexibility, annual plans are ideal for Farms committed to moving their business systems online, and to minimize recurring overhead costs. Both options provide full access to the core software features of your selected subscription tier. 

    Farmers can transition from a monthly to an annual billing cycle to take advantage of the discounted rates at any time go-forward.

  • Barn2Door offers flexible subscription plans with no long-term "feet to the fire" contracts. You can choose a Monthly subscription (and cancel at any time), or an Annual subscription (to save more than 20%+ on pricing). In either case, we recommend providing a 30-day notice to ensure a smooth transition for downloading your customer data, winding down your website, and notifying buyers. Once your Barn2Door account is closed, you will no longer have access to your order history, store data, customer details or a hosted website.
